This Website and service are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Only adults may upload photos of children. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description
When Babies Talk creates short, personalized videos using a baby photo uploaded by you. The photo is transformed into a custom, pre-scripted talking-baby video for personal, family, or gift use.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree to:

• Upload only photos that you own or have permission to use.

• Avoid uploading any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on another person’s rights.

• Use the resulting videos only for lawful and personal purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms or appears inappropriate.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photo you upload. The generated video and all related creative elements remain the property of When Babies Talk until delivered to you. Once delivered, you may share your video for personal or family use. You may not resell, modify, or claim ownership of the underlying software, scripts, or voice assets.

5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because each video is personalized, all sales are final once processing has begun.
If a technical issue prevents delivery, we will either reprocess the video or issue a full refund at our discretion.

6. Delivery and File Handling
Completed videos are delivered by private download link or email.
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 72 hours of delivery unless otherwise requested.

7. Privacy and Data Handling
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [link to your privacy page].
We never use your photos or videos for marketing without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
When Babies Talk provides this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Website or service.
